What can I do? I've seen some posts saying you should press the big backup button before inserting a disc - but that doesn't work as the blu-ray drive won't be recognized until I insert a disc. The backup button for that particular disc is grayed out, and my guess is that's because the disc type is recognized as 'data' instead of 'Blu-Ray'. I tried to back up four Blu-ray Discs my family sent to me using MakeMKV, and it fails on exactly one of them (for the other three, backup succeeds with good decryption).
